Position: Senior Licensed Architect - Full Time

Description:

SOM’s Shanghai office in is currently seeking a licensed Level 1 Grade A architect with 10+ years of experience managing large scale architectural projects in China. The candidate must be able to converse fluently in Mandarin Chinese to build client relationships and garner future projects.

 

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience managing large scale architectural projects in China

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English

• Licensed Level 1 Grade A architect

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Masters preferred)

• Full Time - 40 hours per week

Compensation:

• Qualifications and experience will be considered when determining compensation.

Job Candidate Experience Paint Formulating Chemist:

• Proficient Formulating with Low and Zero VOC interior and exterior latex paints.
• Knowledge and application of the laboratory testing instruments and equipment used for latex paint formulation
• Expertise in the Quality Control of the various stages of the manufacturing processes and operations

Education Requirements for Architecture Paint Formulating Chemist Job Candidate:

• BS in Chemistry or related discipline
